2008 Pay Claim to Arbitration

Rotherham MBC Branch confirm that the latest position on pay, is that this year pay claim is to go to binding arbitration organised through ACAS, only the pay claim is to be discussed. 

UNISON has agreed with RMBC payroll, that the 2.45% offer will be in the November pay packet with the back pay to April being paid in the December pay packet.

Following the negotiations if there’s is to be another increase in pay that will follow as soon as possible in the New Year.
